Hello Paul, It’s probably quicker just to use the voice rotor to get to Rate rather than using the other suggestion I have, which is to create an Italian activity where you could set the voice and rate. However, if you use Braille, creating an activity might be worthwhile as you could include Italian Braille in the settings.
