It was just there when I used the Office Lens app. I have an Office 365 account, so I don’t know if that makes a difference. If you don’t have at least the free Microsoft account, create one, use it in the Office Lens app and after you capture an image, see if Immersive shows up as an option for exporting. I’m assuming you already tried this and did not find that option. If you have not tried it, give it a shot.
