Two things. Have you closed all your apps out of the app switcher? I know some have reported lately that it doesn't matter, but I can say I've had multiple times when things are not working right and when I clear the app switcher, they work again. Also, have you tried powering off your phone and waiting about 30 seconds and powering back up?
