Hi, iPod Touch 5th gen has Siri.
Here are some differences between them (as I used both before): * Phone: iPod cannot make cellular calls; however one can use Skype and FaceTime on both - both allows FaceTime calls via Wi-Fi and iPhone allos FaceTime via 3G/4G/LTE, provided that you have iOS6 or above and the correct data plan. * iPhone has built-in GPS and compass, whereas iPod Touch does not. * iPhone has better camera and volume mute switch. * iPod Touch is lighter than iPhone thanks to absence of cellular modem.
