I have installed tempo perfect. I haven't done much with it, but it seems to be fully accessible.

Hi, The one I used to use is no longer in the app store. But, if you want a recording studio and metronome, then get GigDaddy. It is a four track recording studio and has a lots of rhythm tracks. It is completely accessible. There are probably other straight metronome apps, but I have not tried them.
