Hi Anna,
The problem comes in when for instance, the Russian voice starts trying to read 
English, even though my language rotor is set to default, which should be Alex. 
I also tried it with US English, which in my case is Samantha. The Russian 
voice still read that Amazon message, or at least parts of it. And with the 
message that had the rest of the text, if I switch to the Russian voice, then 
all of the English turns out reading with the Russian voice, which is not very 
very understandable. I have since seen this with a couple of other messages all 
in English, where the Russian voice will read some of the text. It's 
interesting that you experienced this problem, yeah Apple couldn't reproduce 
it, even with the message I forwarded to them. Very frustrating.
