Hello! Rebecca: I just found your email on the List concerning a good Bible app with a braille display. I do not yet have a braille display. However, I have found that one of the best Bible apps, is the "You Version Bible App. I use it along with a few other Bible apps on my iPhone 6, and I think it's also useable on the iPad if you choose to use it on that. It is very accessible with voiceover. Hope this helps.
