  I normally forward the shipment notifications to Parceltrack using my iPhone. 
I have my Parceltrack inbox set up in my contacts so I open the shipment 
notification email on my phone mail app, select the reply button from the 
bottomline menu, select forward from the vertical menu which opens, type the 
word parcel in the to field text box, select my Parceltrack inbox contact from 
the list that pops up, and send it. I usually get a very quick Parceltrack 
notification indicating that a new package is being tracked.

      I don't know if the method you're using is supported but I simply forward 
the shipping notification email I receive from the shipper containing the 
tracking number to my Parceltrack inbox and that normally works. I have had a 
couple of instances when it didn't take either due to bad timing or something 
else. When that happens, I just add the tracking number and description 
manually in the app.
