No, there is not yet a public beta for iOS 11, my guess is that it will come out during the second week of July.

With Raise to Wake disabled, you’ll need to press either the Sleep/Wake button or Home Button to wake your iPhone’s screen. This effectively reverts the process back to how it worked in iOS 9 and earlier. 3 Since I have made the update is there something that needs to be done so Siri will activate when I say 'Siri' instead of 'Hey Siri'?
