Being that I use Voice Dream to read my Bookshare books, I can not answer your specific questions. But the following might help in the future. I never search for books within Voice Dream, rather, I use Safari to log into my account, and use Bookshare's search feature. If I find the book for which I am searching, I select the format I want, then tap the download button. When it finishes, Voice Dream is one of the options to open it. I no longer have Read To Go on my phone, but I'll bet it also would be one of the options to open your download.
