I'm able to stream Digitally Imported from here in NC, but haven't tried many other electronic music stations on OOTunes. You can't get the premium streams to play with OOTunes, but the free ones should. I also didn't have this issue when I did own a second gen stream, though I did notice that streams would buffer on the VR stream when they wouldn't using the iPhone on the same connection.
