Help, Please!
My husband's 6+ that he has had for about 2 1/2 years just quit. He was
using it, put it to sleep, lay it down and came back to use it some more
10ish minutes later. At that time, it would not work for him. He says
it was not low on the battery. He needs to know what to try to get the
phone working for him before he makes a dreaded trip to Verizon.
Any helpful thoughts and ideas on what to try would be greatly appreciated.
