Here is the list of countries in which Seeing AI is available, taken from the app description: Available in the U.S., Canada, India, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore. I do not think the app isn't available in the UK because of the product bar code feature as I doubt very much those other countries have the same products as the US. In fact, it is an odd assortment of countries. I would suggest those who live in an excluded country write seein...@microsoft.com and inquire as to their reasoning.
