My first Mophie case stopped charging the phone after about 2 years I think. I took it back to the Apple store since I didn't know if the problem was the case or the phone. I had bought both the phone and case from the Apple store and I had AppleCare.
They determined that the problem was the case and not the phone. They gave me a new case. I have the Mophie Juice Pack case. Not a Juice Box. But it is not working much at all. At least I have had it a year and 10 months.
