To close your open tabs in Safari, go to the Pages tab in the lower right-hand corner. Do a single finger double tap to open the tab. Once opened, swipe up on an opened page with one finger. VoiceOver Will say, "close Tab". Do a single finger double tap to close the tab. Keep double tapping on tabs after that to close the remaining tabs.
