Hi, Everyone. I'm running IOS10.3.3 and for the past few days, Seeing AI hasn't recognized anything. Do I need to adjust screen brightness, or turn on a light, or anything? I have no usable vision, so am not sure how the presence of, or lack of, a light source affects things.
