The procedure is the same, but with older iOS devices, you want to move your finger more slowly. VO slows down with tracking when moving apps around. A sighted friend tells me the graphics are crisper with the update, so I suspect moving items is now more memory intensive. Then again, this might be a new, Minor VO bug.
