I have been getting a notice on my phone alerting me to a Trojan virus I picked up when on a web site. It wants me to instal a particular App Store security scrubber then advises I update to the latest IOS. This note appears to come from Apple and leads me to the application it recommends I instal and run. It sounds like the kind of virus protection you run on a desktop computer and I didn't think this was necessary on a phone. Can anyone tell me of any similar situation they have encountered?
