Hello again all. In my earlier post, I indicated that I was having trouble with Duolingo Plus, which is a paid add-on to basic Duolingo. The free app is quite accessible on both the Mac and iPhone, with some minimal frustrating exceptions. (On the Mac, for example, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to replay spoken words and phrases, whereas replay is readily available on the iPhone. On the other hand, I cannot open new lessons on the iPhone, but I can practice after working the lessons on the Mac.) My frustration is with my inability to download lessons, which one can apparently only do with a mobile device. I am not getting the “Download skill” option described on the site’s instructions for DuoLingo Plus. Christine
