Hi Vicky. I can answer your first question. In regards to being able to use iOS 11 on an iPhone 5 C and your iPad, Apple has stopped supporting 32 bit apps and devices. Therefore, iOS 11 won't be supported on these devices. iOS 11 is strictly a 64 bit operating system so only devices like the iPhone 5S, 6 and 6+, etc. will be able to support it. HTH.
