Adding to what I said about how I've been able to do it, today, when I had to write comments because I was charged for the trip when I wasn't even in the vehicle, I found that if I did a three finger swipe up from towards the bottom of the screen, I came across the submit button. I'd say it was in the middle right of the screen, or the middle. I wrote several comments to them, so, at times when I swiped up, it might say page3 of something, or five of what ever.
