Hello Cris, I would second Davi's suggestion. I would also suggest reporting it to Apple Accessibility if you haven't done so already. I had a similar incident occur on my iPhone6S. Here, VoiceOver was speaking, but I could not flick across my apps on the home screen or power off the phone. I attempted to toggle VoiceOver off and on via the triple click home, but to no avail. Worse was when I attempted to hold down the power and home buttons together to perform a reboot, I could not do so as Siri would come up. The support person told me to dismiss the Siri tone and keep holding these down. He also told me to press the home button once and try flicking across the screen since my phone did not reboot immediately. The phone did restart again and since then it is working well.
