Hi all, This is an issue that many people have been encountering; a simple Google search revealed as much. There's a page pertaining to this issue on DownDetector.com where there are comments from people all over the place. There doesn't seem to be no pattern to it; it is randomly happening on different Apple devices, even those running versions of iOS 10. So its not specific to iOS 11 either. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Facebook Messenger app by itself does not fix the issue as some people are suggesting. What does seem to work is, deleting both the Facebook app as well as the Facebook Messenger app. Then reinstalling both of them again. Hope this helps. Salman
