you need to go to junk and find them there as sometimes they pop up in junk
folder by mistakes. I am waiting for apple accessiblity to responing.

But no, Apple has not set the inbox up to delete all at once, but you can
double tap on the edit button in the upper right corner, then double tap
on the emails you want to delete and they will say selected then when you
hit delete it will delete all the selected messages.
