Hello, I am not being critical of this, but this was a good move. Plus, the 
fact it won't upgrade mean you shouldn't have to worry about accessibility 
issues, at least for now. I have iTunes 12.6.3 on my mac, even though I 
initially had iTunes 12.7, the one without the app store and ringtones, and it 
seems to work well.
