hi all of a sudden my Apple TV third generation is not responding no sound no VoiceOver know nothing. I have unplugged it twice and plugged it back in and no change. Other then plugging it into a computer does anyone have any other suggestions of what might cause this and what can be done to resolve the situation. I thought it might be the batteries in the remote so decided to install the remote app on my phone but of course it will not let me add the Apple TV because I am assuming Bluetooth is off so it won't recognize it.
