This is the app developer problem. If you write the developer they may be able 
to assist you. The developer email address can be found by going to the 7 
little words page in the app store. The email is near the bottom of the page. 
By the way..Any problems encountered with an app is not an Apple problem it is 
a problem that needs to be brought to the attention of the developer of the 
app.
