This is controlled in Settings > Do Not disturb. It is a heading or you can just swipe right until you get to it. It needs to be set to “Manually”, if it already is then set it to Automatically, then back to Manually. At first it was on manual for me but I still go the notification and only switching it to automatic and then back did the trick.
