good evening I need a little bit of help. until today my ring tone and text tone were fine but all of a sudden they are not ringing any more. I have checked and they are still selected but I am stuck as to what else I could do. I also was informed that my iMessages were no more but don’t understand what the hell has happened. any help would be great. thanks in advance. Janet
