Open the Watch app on your phone. Go into Settings, general, accessibility, VoiceOver and scroll down to VoiceOver Volume and adjust that slider. Alternatively, double tap and hold on your Apple Watch screen and slide your two fingers upwards to increase volume. Regards Harry
