Mary, Place focus on the app you want to move into your news folder, single finger swipe down until you hear edit and double tap, focus should still be on the app you want to move and single finger swipe down until you hear drag and double tap, place focus on the folder where you want to move it and single finger swipe down until you hear the appropriate action and then double tap.
