Since updating to 11.1, it seems like my phone is checking for mail when I am not in the mail app,. I used to have it only check when I opened mail, or refreshed the messages with a 3-finger swipe down. The current setting is distracting and an unnecessary drain on battery. I looked in the setting for mail but don't see a likely option for restoring this to what it used to be. Can anyone tell me where it is?
