Relax; it's not you.  I, and countless others are having the exact same
issue.  

There is a so-called workaround for this but the workaround did not work for
me.  

Apple is well aware of this and I'm certain that a fix is in the works.  

Google the problem and you will discover the workaround which involves a
couple of steps.

This is not an accessibility issue.

Hi all. I'm having an issue with the passbook app. Every time I go to
connect to the app store, it says it can't connect. Yet, I am able to
connect using other apps like the iTunes or the regular app store app.
