Certainly what Kimber describes is an option, also just trying a quick swipe to 
the left or right might put focus on the answer button. However, as Christopher 
stated, the 2-finger double tap is pretty much 100% accurate for me, the 1 or 
2% when it isn't repeating it usually does the trick.

When I get a call I place my finger on the home button then slide up perhaps an 
inch, maybe a little less, and I can almost always find the answer button. This 
is more reliable for me than the two finger double tap.
