Mark, Rebooting my iPhone 7 running iOS 11.1.1 did not cause Twitter to appear in the list of apps with updates. Twitter is not running on my iPhone but I noted that I updated it three days ago with the version with an update description that voiceover users could now send 280 character tweets. I find it odd that version 7.12 is out yet doesn't seem available to me and I'm running version 7.11.1. But I don't use Twitter very often so I'm not losing any sleep over it. I just find this sort of thing very curious.
