Actually, if you go to there web site it is pretty accessible and has a lot of recipes as well. Also, there is an app called instant pot and there are many recipes in that. if you do a search on your you tube app of choice for instant pot recipes or, cooking with the instant pot, or if there is something specific that you want like for example, cooking a roast in the instant pot or flan in the instant pot other things will come up as well. You tube is my favorite though. If something isn't described well enough I just share the link with someone and ask them whatever question I might have. Hope this helps.
