Either Boop Light Detector, which is free, or the one simply called Light Detector will work fine on LED light bulbs.
Boop emits beeps and the faster they are the brighter the light. Light Detector emits a steady tone and the higher pitch it is, the brighter the light. I'd suggest reading about both in their descriptions.
