No, the new 10 in one does have a dial and I did have someone look at the picture. Sorry but this time you are wrong and customer service is right. They aren't all idiots. My sister looked at the picture and saw the dial on the front. Absolutely no buttons on that one. The one you and I have are older models, thus the buttons.
