No, the new 10 in one does have a dial and I did have someone look at the 
picture.  Sorry but this time you are wrong and customer service is right. 
They aren't all idiots.  My sister looked at the picture and saw the dial on 
the front.  Absolutely no buttons on that one.  The one you and I have are 
older models, thus the buttons.

There's no dial as far as I know of. None of the rest have a dial.
They all have tactile buttons so I imagine this one does too. That's
the trouble with asking customer service. I always have someone look
at the pictures and describe the entire thing. And in this case, you
can download the manual in advance. But I doubt there's a dial of any
kind on it. I'll be very surprised if it's not useable.
