Hello all, A friend recently bought an iPhone through AARP which it only cost her $10 to sign up for. She usually buys used phones which have all kinds of problems so this was a step up for her. One of the articles that Mark recently sent had to do with different insurance policies on phones. Inch and Schueren I believe I don't know how to spell that, was not recommended because it said that the parts on the interior of the phones could not be guaranteed is being all Apple parts. I have a replacement phone through that insurance through Verizon and the phone was fickle from the very start. I don't use my phone for work or banking or purchasing but I do use it for lots of other things. I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge of what the status of the phones AARP distribute is. I might want to purchase my next phone going that route.
