I have an iPhone 7 for my personal use and a 6 for work and today I have been trying to dial chase bank and something weird is happening. I can enter my info and pin but when I press zero to speak to a representative the call drops. It does this on every call. My husband who is on the same account and who is using a Samsung phone does not have this issue. Does anyone know what could be going on?
