The first thing you can do is go into settings, Accounts and Passwords, and in each mail account where you do not want a calendar, toggle it off. Each account has options for mail, contacts, calendars, etc. When you have the ones you do not want turn off, go into the calendar settings and unselect the ones you do not want, and check that the one you want is set as the default calendar. I know nothing about what the Echo needs. HTH, Richard
