Portrait is the normal way of holding the phone with length going from top to
bottom. Landscape is what I would call sideways.

  Hi folks,

I only heard of envision AI from this thread. I downloaded it and gave it a
test on iPhone SE. It worked just fine in the portrait mode. I pointed it on
my laptop and it said, It looks like a computer monitor and a keyboard. I
pointed it at an envelope on the table and it told me it is a folded paper. Of
course I knew exactly what I am pointing at. Fine, Now: What are the
situations which one may find envision AI so uniquely different from tap tap
see, or Cam find or any such apps? Of course Seeing AI has the advantage of
reading. If I point it at the computer, It won’t tell me what I already know
as a computer, instead, it will read what is on the computer monitor to me. If
I point Seeing Ai at an envelope on the table, It won’t tell me this is an
envelope, but rather will tell me the name of the sender and the name of the
recipient on the envelope.

I am sure there are special situations that make envision AI unique. I just
need to discover them or be told what they are.

  Cheers,

  Cris

Oops! That's not nice for us. I'll definitely take a look at this ASAP and
get back to you. As a consumer, I get your choice but I hope in the future we
can fix this issue and have you back.

I am not the person who started this thread, but using an iPhone 5s in
portrait mode, nothing is read at all.

I deleted the app since Seeing AI works so amazingly well.

      Hi Leila,

I'm Karthik, the founder of Envision. Can you please let me know what's
still not working for you? We are currently troubleshooting a few issues with
using live text mode on landscape mode but it should work fine on Portrait.

      Thanks,

Hi all, so I’m writing to ask if any one is using this app and if so to
ask what you think of it?

Here is my deal, before any updates it worked fine for me, now I can’t
seem to do anything with it even with this latest update.

        Thanks
