Hi I recently upgraded from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 8. I want to copy my contacts from Outlook 2010 to my new iPhone 8 contacts. But when I tried to sync my Outlook 2010 contacts using iTunes 12.7.1.14, none of my Outlook 2010 contacts are copied to my iPhone.
I open iTunes, then activate the iPhone button, then tab to the summary tab, and then arrow down to the Info tab. Then I tab to the sync button just after contacts and press enter or space. Then I tab to the main sync button and press enter or space. I hear the tone that syncing is complete, but I have no contacts on the phone. After I tab to the sync button for contacts the next tab takes me to a button that tells me that my contacts are being synced to my iPhone over the air from iCloud. But the only thing I have ever done with iCloud is create an id I will appreciate any assistance you can offer. Mike -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
