Like Sieghard, my crystal ball isn't working where Apple is concerned, grin. I very much doubt the Siri Voices will be made available to third party developers, but the place to ask would be both Apple and the app developer where you would like the voices. In the case of Voice Dream Reader, write supp...@voicedream.com and see what they think.
