like I said, our dutch voice is really broken and I think no one wants to
use the hq anymore. I wrote Apple about it.

Yes, it changed a little.
It sounds to me as though Apple was shooting for a wider frequency range.
Personally, I think it's a downgrade but not that big a deal.
I did briefly turn on the so-called high quality voice and though I
disliked it before I truly hate it now.
