In short, I can no longer do a live chat, which was cumbersome at best, but which is made worse because I can no longer activate the links to initiate a phone call (bad because you can't call in to them anymore on their toll-free number they used to have). Luckily, by regular mail, I could write to supp...@groupon.com to whom I explained the situation along with the problem initiating all vis. They said my comments were forwarded to their support team. It would be good I think if they heard from other people. Thanks.
