For the benefit of those who may be in search of an online banking app, which bank and app are we talking about? Here are some other things you might want to do: 1) post a negative review in the app store. 2) Do likewise on Applevis. 3) See if top brass at the bank in question have a social media presence a la Twitter, Facebook et cetera and contact them that way.
