You can try asking Siri to search for Google Home. When you installed from the App Store you should have found an open button in place where there was the Get button. When you find this app in the App Store again, you will see the open button and you can use it to open the app. The app is indeed called Google home. For some weird reason, all my newly installed apps appear on page 3
