I hope that, with Apple’s work in the tap tick engine and 3D Touch stuff, maybe they’re working on ways, using that very fast vibration tech, so that people can feel elements on screen. Of course, this would only be used for interface elements, of course. Blind people would never spend their time feeling of pictures, because they have better things to do, like reading and playing audio games, of course.
