Hi,
Be sure you don’t press on a button such as Delete notifications in
section. Simply open the notification area be on a item such as that button
then flick up until you here delete all notification.
I’m so grateful this question was answered on this list. this saves so
much time.

Perform a single finger flick after locating the clear button. One of the
options will allow you to clear all notifications.
